Feb 22, 2012 - Nice review! When I heard the Lusitania track I thought that was Annie Clark. She will be playing in Chicago (May 11 Vic) the night before Andrew's return to his home town, Chicago (May 12 Auditorium). Perhaps Andrew will show up for a few numbers at her show, and maybe Annie will show up the following day at Andrew's show. Could there be more than chemistry between these two artists? Both were spotted wearing new rings around Christmas. I all ready have tickets to both shows.

Feb 23, 2012 - Thank you! I must agree that their chemistry is undeniable, and they sound great together(hence why Lusitania is one of my favorites on the album). It would be awesome if they performed together, I'm going to see Annie live in May and I wish Andrew would come this way I'm so pumped about it!

I honestly don't own any Andrew Bird records but gave a few songs a listen and have to say that I definitely hear a few elements of Fleet Foxes in this particular record. Yeah Bird has that older folk sound going on(like the Fleet Foxes), and this was his first record that really "made it's case" and got my attention. Mar 6, 2012 - Um, not really sure how that was "pretentious", he just articulates very well. Nice review! I read in a magazine about him releasing a new album, and I got really excited. Andrew Bird is quickly becoming one of my favorite artists, and it feels nice to have another new album to swoon over. Buying that shit naaaaow.
