One of my favorite lifts, it's hard to not try and gauge strength gains every week. I was able to put up 315 2 weeks ago @ 2sets x 1rep each. Although I didn't break 315 today, I felt stronger taking the weight off the rack, dropping down and up, and actually going for a 2nd rep. The psychological fear factor was not present for 2 reasons: •QRT cycle working with 405lbs •previously squatting 315
