What do a pink van, ice cream, too many hats and getting a speeding ticket have to do with our relationship with Christ? In Thank the Lord for Leroy, Legend Seven Bassist Randy Ray walks us through his journey in life with some off the wall and amusing stories. These stories are sometimes insightful, often times thought provoking, but always humorous. He introduces us to things like: an iron stealing ferret, what it's like to fall in to an orchestra pit, and - and this is important- why donuts are so much better than bagels! From experience, Randy tells of what it's like starting a Christian band, eventually signing a record deal; and some of the crazy thing that happen on the road. He also takes a light-hearted, yet poignant, look at Christian marriage and family. Through it all is his off-beat friend Leroy who proves that there is a "friend who sticks closer than a brother." Even, if at times, you wish he didn't!
