Robert Pattinson purchased the home for about $6.275 million dollars, and it's a 4,000 square foot Spanish-colonial estate. The home boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, hand-stenciled ceilings, a pool, an ampitheathre, waterfalls, and fountains, all on the 1.5 acre property. Rob's famous neighbors now include Kirstie Alley and Flea of The Red Hot Chili Peppers.
